All the products, prices and their descriptions mentioned are subject to change from time to time. All products listed on the website are subject to change as per the availability of stock. The discontinuation of any product will be the sole decision of WonderFresh Foods. The colors, design, weight and size mentioned are approximately given. They are solely for illustrational purposes. Actual presentation may slightly vary.

Order Confirmation SMS and Follow-Up :

As soon as you confirm your order and complete the payment on our website, a quick order confirmation SMS will be sent on your provided mobile number. The SMS will get you familiar with the order details, amount and the time of delivery. The Customer Care contact number and email ID will also be mentioned in the respective SMS.

If in case, you require any further information regarding your order, you are free to contact us through the provided number or can mail us. We will make sure to attend your query as soon as possible.

Modifications & Cancellation :

We do not entertain requests of modifications of orders once placed. The following process is to be followed if you wish to cancel Or Re-order your order or want any changes:

• If you have wrongly selected any item and confirmed the order, you are supposed to place another order of your desired item. Also, kindly make sure to cancel your wrongly placed order and proceed to re-order your item freshly!
• If you have wrongly placed any order and want to cancel it, you can cancel your order within 30 mints from the time of order placed.
• If you are not able to cancel the order within 30 MINUTES, you will not be allowed to cancel your order. We strictly do not entertain cancellation requests after 30 Minutes.
• If the displayed amount has already been deducted from your wallet/bank account due to WRONG order placed, the entire amount will be refunded to you in the course of 7-10 days in your mode of payment!

Shipping & Delivery :

We provide Free Home Delivery upto 5 kms. If any order exceeds the 5 km mark, an amount of INR 50/- will be charged as delivery charge on the complete order.

Communication Process :

Since this is an online-ordering website and as per the general policies, we hope that you agree with us communicating with you via emails or phone calls. We strictly do not intend to spam you with irrelevant emails or disturbing calls that hamper your experience with us.

This narrows down to only communicating with our customers in case of home delivery orders, sending them emails of new product launches, commencement of festive season offers and other products related information at large.

While ordering any product from our website, you agree to give your consent to communicate with you via SMS or call so as to facilitate better order processing and delivery.
