We do not entertain any kind of return nor do we provide any refunds for any products purchased from our website. Hence, products once sold will not be returned or exchanged at any costs. If you wish to change your ordered product, you are supposed to cancel that order and place a fresh order with us. Kindly, do not forget to cancel your placed order within 30 minutes. We do not accept cancellation requests after 30 minutes.

We strictly do not entertain replacement/exchange requests of BAKERY products

We only entertain to replace/exchange queries in case of DRY FRUITS items. If in case, the product delivered to you is in damaged condition, or if the seal of the packaging is broken or, if the dry fruits received by you are in unsatisfactory or rotten condition, then only we are liable to provide you with a complete replacement of your ordered product.

But for that you can inform us within 30 mins of product delivery time, you can also check the product at the time of delivery & in case you find any discrepancy you feel free to contact us within 30 mins from the product delivery time.
